Gloves are almost always in stock and usually ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. To assure prompt delivery within the US, there are two distribution centers, one on the East coast and one on the West coast.

We provide delivery of these products for no additional cost.  These large instruments are made in Asia and are transported by sea and delivery dates may vary due to various factors.  The products may take approximately 6-10 weeks. Occasionally orders may take longer to be delivered. 

We pride ourselves in the distribution of quality gloves. We are glad to accept returns and exchanges for products that were shipped incorrectly. However, since these products are consumables, we do not accept returns for other circumstances. 

We will gladly do everything we can to provide you an exceptional shopping experience. We strive to provide quality products and services at a significantly lower price. This is achievable due to the longer shipment times and we want our customers to be sure that this is a good fit for their needs. Please view the Instrument Shipment in the FAQ's prior to placing your order. A 60% restocking fee will be accessed for all returned products.

We provide a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not include wear or user damage. Without proof of purchase, we do not accept warranty claims. We provide quality products and we rarely have any warranty cases. However, If any parts need to be changed within the 1 year duration, we ship the parts directly to our customers at no charge and we assume responsibility to our customers for exchanging the actual parts in the instruments. These parts will be shipped from Asia by air in most cases. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may occur during this process and we would like to ensure you that we will do everything we can within reason to ensure great performing products.
